The PPSS Strategy Definition by Reverse Engineering Workshop is a senior management / executive workshop that provides facilitation, tools and templates where the output is a defined Strategy. This is done by populating the components of the PPSS Strategy Enablement Model with the current (as-is) business and go to market structures and processes. A SWOT analysis is then performed on the model and from the output of the SWOT analysis; a strategy is statement is crafted.
